Meet Pitmaster Pearse

Richard Pearse is a passionate BBQ expert with a deep love for bold flavors and authentic Texas-style barbecue. Having worked alongside BBQ legends like Evan LeRoy of the acclaimed LeRoy and Lewis—now a Michelin-starred smokehouse—Richard has honed his craft under some of the best in the business.

When he’s not sharing his expertise through masterclasses, he’s firing up the pits at Uncle Hon’s BBQ, known for its innovative take on classic smoked meats.
