We took direction from Uncle Beef owner Steve who was born and raised in South Africa. We worked  to bring this flavoursome Braai Seasoning for BBQ. Which is perfect for enhancing the flavours of steak and chops!

Use product at 5% of meat weight and cook indirectly for best results.
