The Captain of all Captains! A silky, sweet honey sauce with complex notes of spice from good quality rum that leaves you with a whisper of smokey undertones and a fabulous chipotle kick at the end. Amazing with pretty much ANY dish! Add to a curry, marinade and then grill some chicken. Still firing up the bbq, finish off your ribs with a generous glaze of honey rum chipotle. Or mix with some mayonnaise for a scrumptious burger – beef or not!
