South African flavours have always played a big part in my love for cooking so naturally I HAD to pay particular homage to the country of my wife’s birth, from whom I learnt so much about their cuisine. The Ambassador is inspired by flavours of various fruits – peaches, apricots & raisins – and the sharpness of apple cider vinegar and lemons. All combined with an array of amazing spices and sweetness. A South African favourite I want to share with the UK. So versatile…..and delicious! A definite must in everyone’s BBQ & kitchen lineup! Ketchup (Celery), Peaches, Dried Apricots, Apple Cider Vinegar (Sulphites), Water, White Sugar, Red Onions, Raisins, Sea Salt, Worcester Sauce (free from), Citric Acid, Cayenne Pepper, Brown Sugar, Lemon Juice (Sulphites), Tabasco Sauce, Beetroot Powder, Garlic Powder, Xanthan Gum (E415).
