Our Christmas hams are a true holiday delight, smoked to perfection on the Outlaw Offset using locally sourced beech wood for a rich, aromatic flavour. Each ham is lovingly glazed by hand with a delicious blend of maple syrup butter and brown sugar, creating a beautiful, caramelised finish that’s both savoury and sweet. Carefully crafted from start to finish, these hams bring warmth and festive flavour to your table—perfect for your Christmas celebrations.

These are on a collection only offering and will be available for pick up on December 24th from Rodeos BBQ, Eakley Manor Farm, Eakley Lanes Stoke Goldington, MK16 8LP We'll also have the farm shop open with some fresh produce and any of those Christmas dinner extras
